To complete the document you must carry out a full risk assessment for a rock climbing trip to undercover rock (the bristol climbing centre). You must have 10 risks and control measure for a pass, 12 for a merit and 14 for a distinction. If you are a year 13 then you are lucky you will have alrady done a climbing risk assessment you just need to make sure you have 14 risks and control measure to make sure you get a distinction.
